We are in to laptop computer business since Dec 2001 and the thing we cares about most is providing a world class service to all our customers, and doing so consistently and reliably.
Some time we have notice that customer who contact us there Laptop Case is in warranty Period, for which we preferred for authorized service center, reason behind that is customer don't have to pay for it's repair, Off course we can take the laptop in case customer believe in importance of TIME & customer agree for repair on chargeable basis.
